Host

Steven Littlefield

Honest conversations about resilience, rebuilding, and purpose—on and off the mic.

Steven is a Marine Corps veteran, father, and the voice behind The Resilient Underground. His life has been shaped by service, struggle, rebuilding, and the ongoing pursuit of becoming stronger without pretending to have it all figured out. Through seasons marked by anxiety, substance struggles, personal setbacks, and hard-earned growth, Steven has come to understand that resilience is not about perfection. It is about continuing to move forward when life gets heavy, uncertain, and painfully real.

The Resilient Underground was built from that understanding. It exists as a place for honest conversations about the battles people carry beneath the surface—mental health, identity, fatherhood, purpose, recovery, discipline, and the work of rebuilding a life from the inside out. Steven created this platform to say what often goes unsaid: healing is messy, growth is not linear, and strength is often forged in private long before it is seen by anyone else.

At its core, this is more than a podcast or a brand. It is a mission rooted in truth, resilience, and connection. Steven’s goal is to create a space where real stories can be told, hard topics can be faced directly, and people can be reminded that even in their lowest moments, they are not alone. Through every conversation, message, and episode, The Resilient Underground stands for one belief above all else: it is possible to stay grounded, stay strong, and keep building a life with purpose.
